Data deletion instructions

This page tells you how to ask us to delete your personal data. It is a summary of the deletion rights described in the privacy policy, written as a short set of steps.

1. Send us a deletion request

• —Email us from the address you used to order, or from an address you can prove belongs to you, and tell us which order or phone number you want removed.
• —Include enough for us to find the order: your order ID, or the phone number and approximate date of delivery.
• —Tell us what you want deleted. We will confirm before we remove anything.

We do not need you to create an account, and you do not need an order ID. Your phone number with the delivery name is enough for us to find the record.

2. What we can and cannot delete

• —Your name, phone numbers, delivery address and order note are deleted from the order record.
• —Anonymised analytics records that are not linked to you are unaffected, because they cannot be traced back to you in the first place.
• —Order records we are required to keep for accounting, tax or regulatory purposes are not deleted. Where we keep a record like this, we remove your identifying details and keep only what the law requires us to hold.
• —A delivered or cancelled order is never deleted outright, because the business needs the record of what happened. It is anonymised instead.

We aim to action a deletion request within 30 days. Some backup copies may take longer to rotate out, but they are not used for any active purpose.

3. Advertising data held by other companies

Our advertising partners keep their own records of website activity, and those records sit outside this site. You can ask them to delete their copy directly:

• —Meta (Facebook and Instagram): use the "Download or delete your information" option in your Facebook account Settings and Privacy, or the "Privacy Center" tool. Choose "Facebook and Instagram" and request deletion of the ads data associated with your activity.
• —Google Analytics: use the "Delete data" option in the Google Analytics Data deletion and retention settings, or submit a data deletion request from a property you have access to.
• —Google Ads: use the Google Ads data deletion tool to remove data associated with your advertising activity.

We never send health information, your order notes, or the contents of any message you send us to Meta or Google. Only offer codes, quantities and order value are shared, and only to measure whether an advert worked.

4. Confirming a request

When your request is actioned we will reply to the address you contacted us from. If a record had to be kept for tax or accounting, we will tell you which part of it was kept and why.
