By placing an order on this website, or by ordering from us by phone or WhatsApp, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.

Orders

1. 1.An order is a request to buy. It becomes a confirmed order when we have called you and agreed the details with you.
2. 2.We may decline or cancel an order if the product is out of stock, if the address is outside Nigeria, if we cannot contact you, if we suspect the order is fraudulent, or if the details given are not deliverable. If we cancel, nothing has been paid, so there is nothing to refund.
3. 3.Prices shown on this website are the prices we charge. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Payment

• —DE-RANGER is sold on a pay-on-delivery basis. You pay the delivery agent when your order is delivered.
• —No advance payment is taken and no card or bank details are collected by this website.
• —Please have the exact amount available, as the delivery agent may not carry change.
• —If you believe you have already paid, contact us with your order ID before contacting your bank.

Delivery

• —Delivery is free nationwide.
• —Estimated delivery windows are set out in the Delivery policy, and they are estimates rather than guarantees.
• —Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect the parcel when it arrives and tell us promptly if anything is wrong.

Cancellation

You may cancel an order before delivery as set out in the Cancellation policy. Orders already dispatched may not be stoppable.

Acceptable use

• —You may not place orders that are fraudulent, that use false details, or that are for resale without our agreement.
• —You may not attempt to interfere with the operation of this website, or to access the admin area or the database.
• —Automated submissions are rate limited. We may block an address that submits repeatedly and automatically.

Liability

We are responsible for delivering the product you ordered to the address you gave us. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses that were not caused by us, including delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, or by a delivery address that proves undeliverable. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Intellectual property

The DE-RANGER name, this website and its content belong to us and our licensors. Product images, copy and design may not be reproduced commercially without our written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time your order is placed.
