Delivery policy

We deliver to all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. Delivery is free on every order, everywhere. There is no minimum order value and no delivery fee to pay at checkout or on arrival.

Orders are paid for on delivery. You pay the delivery agent when your order reaches you, so there is nothing to pay in advance and we never ask for card details.

Delivery times below are estimates in working days, not guarantees. Lagos is excluded from public holidays and Sundays; elsewhere transit depends on the delivery partner and the distance involved.

1. 1.You place your order on this website with your name, phone number and delivery address.
2. 2.We call you on the number you gave us to confirm your name, address and the order.
3. 3.We pack your order and hand it to our delivery partner.
4. 4.Our delivery partner brings it to you, and you pay the agent on arrival.
5. 5.You can check where your order has reached at any time on the Track your order page.

Estimated delivery windows:

• —Lagos: 1 to 2 working days.
• —Everywhere outside Lagos: 4 to 5 working days.

If something goes wrong, here is exactly what happens:

• —If the delivery agent cannot reach you by phone, they will try again. Your order stays open and we will call you ourselves to rearrange.
• —If the delivery genuinely cannot be completed, we will contact you. The order is marked as failed on our side, and we will agree with you what happens next.
• —We do not charge for a delivery that was not completed.

Please make sure the phone number you give us is one you can answer, and that somebody can receive the parcel at the address. Most failed deliveries are caused by a number that is switched off or an address where nobody can take the parcel.

Usage instructions for the product are provided with your delivery, and the product should be stored in a cool, dry place.
